Absolutely nowhere to hide
One of the most memorable moments in Resident Evil 4 was when you realized that the Ganados wouldn't politely wait outside a closed door - not only would they kick the door in, but they'd also smash the windows and climb through to get within slashing distance of Leon. And the crazed enemies in RE 5 look like they'll be even more aggressive pursuers. Not only do we see several members of the mob using grapple hooks to pull over a platform that Chris is standing on, but there's also a hooded man wielding a massive hammer that he uses to completely obliterate a balcony and staircase. It seems that inertia really will be fatal and that Redfield will have to adhere to strict rules of constant kinesis if he's going to avoid being sliced up like a beef sausage.
