EA's conquest to buy GTA IV publisher Take-Two has stepped up a gear as it extends a tender offer directly to Take-Two shareholders, following the company's rejection of its original offer. Ziff Davis Media has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York City today in an attempt to restructure its operations and pay off its debts.
