First buy the pimp clothes from a clothes shop, then buy a rotary cannon from a gun shop, after that, put on the clothes, then take a car and drive into the river near central park, when you come up from the water you will gave no hat. Equip the rotary cannon and if you do this correctly, the rotary cannon should be on your head.
