Get All vehicles

Get Max Health

Get More Money

First pause your game and highlight the MAP option. Now put in the code Y, B, Y, B, X, A, X, A, Down, Up. A engine revving will indicate correct code entry

Get Power Ups Respawning Immediately

First pause your game and highlight the MAP option. Now put in the code Y, A, A, Y, X, B, B, X, A, X, B, Y. A engine revving will indicate correct code entry. Some new weapons may also appear next to your garage if you don't have them

Get Tornado

Easy way to beat Axel

If you are having a hard time beating Axel on the last mission then do this. First go and get at least 20 laser mines. Lay them on the stretch of road directly in front of the courthouse right before you start the mission.
When you start the mission He will drive down the stretch of road and blow up before he even gets to you. After that your mission percentage complete will be at 100%.

Get new cars

You can get all the gang cars in a level and some other cool cars if you do the side missions

Blue print hints

When looking for parts and blue prints go to the $ and buy a blue print hint find the part or blue print then load the game so you get your money back and go back and get the part or blue print.

Fighting GRIM

When fighting GRIM he will sometimes turn invisible. When he's invisible you will not be able to find him on you map. But watch where mason's sidekick aims because that's where he'll be.

Fast Money

A quick way to get lots of dough, get like armor level 2, have a strong car and then follow a tornado and u'll be loaded after it passes

NOTE: for better money, get a RIOT to go in the hurricane. i got about 20,000 from one tornado.

Hints

To find the rigg truck boxes there are two by the power station and one if you turn right down the road form the power station you start looking behind the buildings you will find a fang ,rigg box.

And if you get in a world of hurt and nos runs out go to your garage and come out again, you will be refilled.
