Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes

Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes Hints
Replay any mission
After the credits roll when you beat a campaign, it will give you the option of making a new save. If you do, it will allow you to replay any stage in that campaign with your previous stats. Enemies aren't more powerful, but you can continue leveling up your characters after each mission. You can also have characters play other peoples missions. So if you completed both Walter's and Ellen' campaigns, you could have Ellen do any of Walter's missions and vice versa. The completed campaign saves need to be independant of each other for this to work.

Carry Over Skills And Equipment
After clearing a campaign, an option to save your game will appear. This save allows your leader to replay select stages in his/her campaign with your last configuration of skills, equipment, and units. Enemies don't get stronger, and you may continue training and upgrading your units after each mission.

Re-Randomise Shop Items
The old trick in Kingdom Under Fire The Crusaders where the shop items are re-randomised when you load a saved game works in Heroes. Just remember to make two saves -- one before you spend your experience and gold and a temporary save file so you can use it for this exploit.

Maximising Experience
Since KUFH gauges experience differently (the game determines the cost of a skill increase on the sum total skill levels instead of a particular skill), you will want to keep all the skills of one leader or officer within one level of each other to avoid paying an exorbiant cost of increasing a skill. For example, if you have a leader with a melee of 9 and a range of 1, your cost of increasing the range skill from one to two will be the same as increasing your range skill from nine to ten. By increasing your skills equally, you will be able to economise on the skill points you spend.

Experience Help
If you're having trouble with a mission because of lack of exp., you can delete any skill learned {except melee} to regain those needed points to put them some where else as needed. Plus you can hire mercenaries with high secondary skills to delete those skills for exp. points and use those exp. for someone else.
