See Through Swimsuits
This does not work with all swimsuits - it does work with Emu, Gimlet, Carnelian, and some others. Have your girl wear a transparent visor and lay poolside. Position the camera so that you're looking at her through the visor (the camera is over her head). Her swimsuit will be invisible, though the naughty parts are starred out.
Get more Items at Start
Start a game and give all items to one girl. Now finish the game and start a new game with that girl and she will have all the items you gave her.
