Easy Level-up
I found a very easy way to get my guy from Private to Sergeant First Class in no time at all. When you first start your career mode, you do a condition course. After you do that and you get ur xp just invest in it condition and keep doing the course until ur satisified.

Sniper Qualification
The key is to check your map often, it will display the location of ALL target objectives. Collect all data and go to checkpoint violet. Remember if you fire a shot you will fail the mission. You CAN use the smoke grenade to concel your position but it is not required.

M-16 Qualifaction
When you do your test for rifleman you are told to go into the fox hole. But you don't have to actually stay there. Right before you start you can get out and go to the left of it but still need to stay close to the hole. And then you can go prone instead of standing.

Rifleman Character Tip
n America's Army, I feel the best tip is to invest in these three stats Observation, Marksmanship, and Conditioning. By investing in those three stats you will be able to spot an enemy, fire effectively at him, and resist a greater amount of damage. Making him an awesome rifleman.
