Microsoft's Don Mattrick. He's possibly the most perpetually smiley man in the video games industry. If there's a camera around, he's smiling. Whether there's an obvious reason for it or not, he's smiling. His face must be killing him. He's a trooper.

The other day I spent hours trying to find a photo of him in which he isn't smiling. I couldn't. So instead I have acquired 15 same-faced photos that prove categorically that Don Mattrick never changes facial expression. Click on, and I will show them to you.
