Originally revealed at Microsoft's E3 2013 press conference, Below for Xbox One and PC has been a long time coming. The good news, however, is that it won't be much longer of a wait. Developer Capybara Games announced today that Below is slated for summer 2016, and a new trailer is here to show off its stylish, moody dungeon-delving.
If you're just catching up on this lovely game, I'd personally describe it as something akin to Dark Souls meets old-school Legend of Zelda or Metroid; there's a strong focus on survival in a foreboding world with punishing combat and moments of "oh thank God, a bonfire!", but in demos I've played, there's an even bigger emphasis on exploration and solving puzzles built into the beautiful environments.
You'll see what I mean this summer.
