    Hey you people who want to know how to unlock the mission to kill Julius, this is the way to do it. First go to the police station in the saints row district and go to either the second or third floor and you will see a room with tinted windows, go int the room and you will see a lot of saints mission logos well they aren't missions they are voice recordings, listen to them all and then go into the office in the back and one more will be there, listen to it and then you get Dex added to your phone. Call him and then go to the curch. There will be a Ultor logo and play the mission and then you meet Julius and then you do a mission together then you kill him. Anymore questions!!!???

    it says you can play it offline , but it says you neeed a network connection for it!

    all u haft to do is kill gang members in a car and it will say press y to do drive by activity and is there a police uniform to unlock??
