There's no denying that the floppy-framed habits of ragdoll physics is a constant source of amusement, although we wish we could witness its loose-limbed magic in a few more alternative scenarios (ie not only when we're throwing grenades at enemies standing foolishly close to exploding barrels). Hurrah for Xbox 360 wreckage festival FlatOut Ultimate Carnage, then, which embraces the beauty of flailing, airborne bodies with such gleeful enthusiasm, as perfectly demonstrated
EA has released the first trailer of FIFA 08, the latest iteration of its best-selling soccer franchise. The teaser shows a player in Barcelona kit, running with the ball over 3D grass before burying a long-range shot. If it is representative of in-game animation on PS3 and 360, it looks as though the game will make use of animation-blending so movement remains smooth under slow-motion conditions. Definitely a good thing.
Of course, it is only a teaser, so it's too early to say anything

FIFA or Winning Eleven? Whichever rules the virtual soccer roost is really down to personal taste, but FIFA 08's senior producer, Joe Booth, certainly seems confident of the series' position in the game: "I want to make this statement: EA is back. We own football." And of course by "football," he means "soccer." Ah, don't you love regional differences?
This assured answer seemed to be on a slight tangent to the question Booth was asked by UK Official PlayStation Magazine ("What specifically do
Fallout 3 will hit PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 in the autumn next year, Bethesda has finally revealed, and below we've got the first ever video of this long-awaited RPG sequel.
Excactly what Bethesda plans to do with the adored series is unclear. Many fans expect an Oblivion-style FPS, and just as many are disgusted by this idea. What fans can't complain about, though, is the traditional atmosphere - Bethesda has clearly retained the amazingly atmosphere and character of previous Fallout games.
Every year, FIFA starts boasting about the new tricks up its sleeve. But how many of them actually stick around for the next installment? GamesRadar takes a look back at some 15 years of FIFA and the amazing new features it's introduced. And then forgotten about.

The original FIFA introduced stunning graphics to the genre. We remember one journalist at the time saying "it looks like Match of the Day." Well... we must all have been more easily impressed back then. But
PS3-less Final Fantasy fans might want to think about saving a few pennies this year, as it looks like Xbox 360 isn't getting any more Final Fantasy games at all.
Speaking to Japan's Nikkei BP, Square Enix's Shinji Hashimoto said that the company currently has no plans to bring the RPG series to Microsoft's console.
"For the Wii, we have FF Crystal Chronicles in production," he told the website. "As for FF on the Xbox 360, it's currently a completely blank page."
This is the second in a

"We're proud to call some of the world's best football athletes our partners. The access, guidance and insight they give us means that FIFA 08 will create a next gen experience that not only looks authentic, but that captures the emotion, finesse and beauty of the
Since we've got our hands on Forza Motorsport 2, GamesRadar's resident Sega Boy has been spending a large degree of his time customizing cars and uploading them to the Forza 2 community website. You could print them out and put them on your wall
