  • Kameo: Elements of Power receives the latest round of Xbox Live lovin' in the form of some new downloadable content. Three content "packs" were released today that expand your ability to spend over the Xbox Live Marketplace (and add some new features to the game). The Kameo Co-Op Pack is completely free to Xbox Live Gold members and enables two-player cooperative play over Xbox Live and System Link. The Kameo Masquerade Pack delivers ten new costumes for Kameo to wear, highlighting some
  • If you're anything like us, you love good games at a cheap price. Unfortunately, when shopping for 360 games, this confines us to the bargain been at local retail outlets which typically discount used games by as little as a couple bucks off the original price. Enter Microsoft's semi-new (new to the 360 library, anyway) Platinum Hits collection of cheapy 360 titles. Microsoft selected four games to lead the Platinum Hits charge (all priced at $29.99), and it should come as no surprise which
  • Yeah, this is a thing that is happening. As part of the upcoming DLC push for their rather delightful downloadable Tomb Raider Game, Crystal Dynamics are soon to release two downloadable character packs, one of them set to comprise of everyone's favourite sociopathic heist-merchants. While it's obviously a (hopefully) last, desperate attempt on behalf of publisher Eidos to make people care about Kane & Lynch, this does bode mass comedy potential. Even better, there's also the promise of a second pack, bringing back Raziel and Kain, of the supremely why-haven't-we-got-another-sequel-yet Soul Reaver series.

There are new challenge packs coming too, but seriously, Raziel and Kain...

Anyway, we have the first, big, high-res screen of Kane and Lynch doing their Tomb Raiding thing right over the jump, as well as a couple of videos. You know you need to check it out.

  •  The boys are back together and no one - not even unarmed women with pixilated crotches - can hide from Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days.

  • It's not unusual, when checking into E3-sanctioned hotels in the days before the show, to get a packet of licensed junk meant to spread awareness of a particular publisher's games. When we checked in this afternoon, however, we got something we'd never seen before: a trio of faintly awesome keycards, courtesy of Square Enix's (specifically the part that used to be Eidos) E3 lineup...

  • Square-Enix's Kane & Lynch 2 is about to hit UK stores on the 20th August 2010 so it's not unusual for them to need some air-time to push some sales, right? Of course. So that's just what they did. They packaged up one minute and 26 seconds of footage to be used on UK television and sent it off. But they probably couldn't have envisioned the censors hacking apart their film like a drunken butcher. Take a look at the video and see if you can see the difference between what they wanted and what they got...

  • A Tweet from screenwriter Kyle Ward (that has since been removed from his account) revealed that Jamie Foxx will indeed star alongside Bruce Willis in the upcoming Kane & Lynch film.

Videogame to movie adaptations pretty much never go over well with fans. In the case of Kane & Lynch, though, you'd be hard-pressed to find an actual gamer who would admit to being a fan.

  • There's no better way to advertise a new shoot-em-up game than literally shooting up a billboard...

  • Just before production was set to begin on the silver screen adaptation of Kane & Lynch, Patrick Alessandrin's name was erased from the director's chair. With Bruce Willis and Jamie Foxx already signed up for the leading roles, it seemed as though everything was coming together. Filming was slated to begin in October, but now production won't begin until well into 2011...

  • Yep, in a move a lot like shooting oneself in the left testicle with a nail gun, immediately before shooting oneself in the right testicle in order to see if it's more fun, it looks like Hitman dev IO Interactive might be gearing up another Kane & Lynch game. Click on for the exciting details.
