Call of Duty: World at War


Call of Duty: The War Collection, which includes Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 3, and Call of Duty: World at War, was released today. The 360-exclusive bundle is selling at full price ($59.99USD). PS3 owners, you may still be missing out on CoD 2, but don't worry, you probably didn't want this bundle anyway.


If there's a game we're all pining for here at GamesRadar it's Modern Warfare 2. We're not sure if it's because Activision has so tightly controlled the exposure of the game and we feel a bit starved of info or because caning Zombie mode on World at War is starting to wear just a little thin - but any new footage has us crowding round monitors and gibbering like excitable children.  Above: The footage is

Ahead of this weekend's Call of Duty: World at War reveal via Xbox Live Marketplace, comes a tasty little rumour hinting that the COD4 developer's next game will be a bit on the science fiction side.

Take it with a pinch of salt for the time being, but an insider from Infinity Ward is reported to have said, "We are currently working on a new sci-fi title, we cannot release any more information as of yet, we may or may not announce it



The very first images of the next Call of Duty, World at War, were leaked online last night. If you were worried about the franchise's return to the safe and stale theater of World War II, these nine explosive - and surprisingly violent - screenshots may change your mind.


The first details of Call of Duty: World at War have been revealed, plucked straight from the pages of Xbox 360: The Official Magazine (#35), which is dropping through subscribers' letterboxes right now.

The fifth game in the CoD series, which is being developed by CoD3 studio Treyarch, ditches the number subtitle and expectedly returns to WWII - but the developer stresses it's not the same theatre we've seen a million times
