Wonder Woman TV Show Is On Again

Ally McBeal creator David E Kelley’s reinvention of the DC superhero finally finds a home at NBC

As showrunner David E Kelley predicted last week , the new bosses at NBC have indeed decided to commission his new version of Wonder Woman even though the network had initially turned it down just a couple of weeks ago.

According to Entertainment Weekly , the network’s new programming supremo, Robert Greenblatt (the guy who brought Dexter and Weeds to Showtime), has given the project the greenlight for a premiere this Autumn.

Apparently, Kelley’s pilot script for Wonder Woman does include the iconic lasso, cuffs and invisible plane, but the approach is straight and non campy.
