For a faceless Mii this is what you do.

1. Hair that covers top of head.
2. Hide the eye's in hair.
3. Get rid of eyebrow's.
4. Pick a smaller nose and shrink it.
5. Pick a black mouth.
6. Hide nose in mouth.

And there is a faceless Mii except for mouth!

Another Faceless Mii

1. Make bald
2. Get the two dots for eyes and make as small as possible
3. Make it have no eyebrows
4. Get the two dots for nose and make as small as possible
5. Make the dot for the mouth and make as small as possible
6. Then make a mole in the middle of the face as big as possible and hide everything behind it
