When you want to win lotus focus, take a heavy box and put it on the balance board. Then you sit and wait and the box does all the work, cause it doesn't move.

When you start jogging you can follow the dog by running faster than your guide after a dog passes you.

Never Fall Off Balance Beam
To never fall off use your hands instead of your feet so you can just sit on the floor/couch and keep your guy balanced well.
