When you want to win lotus focus, take a heavy box and put it on the balance board. Then you sit and wait and the box does all the work, cause it doesn't move.

When you start jogging you can follow the dog by running faster than your guide after a dog passes you.

Goomba on Simple Run

Simple Run, Island Run
During the Simple Run Island Run, Sprint past your guide when the yellow dog passes you from behind near the start of the run. Sprint past your yellow dog guide when the black dog passes you from behind. Shortly after you begin following the black dog, you'll pass through a short rock tunnel. As you come out of the tunnel, there will be a goomba (Super Mario Brothers baddie) on your right briefly.

Ultimate Balance Test
At the statistics screen (the screen after you select your Mii), there is the balance board character running on a treadmill in the background. Click him to participate in the ultimate balance test.
