Though every person who mocks him should at least see one of his films to really understand what a horrible artist he is, Boll’s film adaptations of videogames are infamous to every gamer online whether they’ve seen the films or not. CwG says in one section, Player Increase Over Last Week: Ghost Squad had an increase of 600 more players reporting play-time data this week, over last week. House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return had an increase of 774 more players reporting play-time data.

SEGA® of America, Inc. today has shipped THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD 2 & 3 RETURN for the Wii home video game system to stores in North America. Delivering two of the best versions from the popular arcade series, THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD 2 and THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD III, this great collection flawlessly brings the intense arcade action home with new features exclusive for Wii gamers.

SEGA is currently targeting 28th March for the release of Condemned 2: Bloodshot on PS3 and 360, and has also updated dates for Samba de Amigo on Wii and others. Samba de Amigo will be out in summer, the publisher told Eurogamer. In the meantime, Brain Assist DS is due on 14th March, with Happy Tree Friends due for PC and 360 in summer. SEGA Superstars Tennis, as reported recently, is down for 20th March on several formats including 360 and Wii, with Viking: Battle for Asgard PS3/360 and SEGA Bass Fishing and House of the Dead II & III Return for Wii on 28th March. Valkyria Chronicles is due for PS3 this summer also.

Yesterday, Sega upset us by releasing this amateurish trailer for Bass Fishing. Now though, it's back at the top of our best friends on Facebook after adding a mode to House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return that includes new gameplay options.The new Extreme Mode can be unlocked for House of the Dead 3 after completing both of the titles. It quickens enemy attacks, shrinks bullet blast radius, quickens shotgun reloading and adds a melee

If you are a owner of Wii request for the success of House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return. According to Sega, if the title sell well aroud the world the editor would plan to offer to the console house of the Dead 4.

Siliconera » Written by: Spencer on January 21st, 2008 @ 10:07 am So far the House of the Dead 2 & 3 Returns is basically a package of the respective Dreamcast and Xbox games with nothing new. However, Sega is adding something for Wii owners and it has something to do with motion control. House of the Dead III has Extreme mode, which includes a guard attack command. When zombies are piling on top of the screen you can shake the remote to knock them back. As of now, House of the Dead II doesn't have any new modes, but the item collecting original mode (umm..) returns.

Like with Ghost Squad, its other Arcade-to-Wii light gun port, Sega has an optional Zapper pack-in planned for the Japanese release of The House of the Dead 2 and 3 Return this March. Amazon Japan already has preorders for the set available for 5,023 yen, about $44 dollars. For comparison, the software alone is priced at 4,536 yen, or $40.

EB Games has the game listed online for $30 , which is the same price as the already released Ghost Squad game. This one seems to be a better deal though, seeing that its 2 games in one. Its a huge plus seeing that this game is just going to be a direct port from the arcade versions.
