The Conduit

Finally a well-put together third party FPS for the Wii. Although the environments can be drab and enemy AI is undoubtably weak, this is bar none the best multiplayer experience on a system hungry for online fragging.

well, at least they are trying unlike 99% of the third party developers for the wii. call of duty modern warfare reflex really made me lose hope when i heard how sloppy it was. most of them i suppose are too lazy to use the motion controls properly and that's what makes our pointer lose track of the screen often. instead, they should put all they got in the game and not port the previous installment from the 360, next time make modern warfare 2 on the wii from SCRACH!

I'll agree that the Wii has a few great games, but this is not one of them. I liked playing the story mode for a while, but like any other FPS, you end up by yourself fighting countless enemies. Big surprise. I got bored after a while and decided to try the multiplayer out. The gameplay wasn't too bad, but I had problems with loading. I hope it was just me, but connecting to any server took about five minutes and I lost my connection many times. After a week or two of playing it, I gave up.

Ha on one article on this site you guys said conduit looked like a 360 game(i beleive it was preemptive awards article but idk). Ummm no this game looks shitty just like all other wii games. Im so glad i didnt blow $250 on a wii and ill stick with my PS360.

Dont tell me your first game console was a PS2 or X-Box?Your probably played some crappy 3rd party game on the Wii.The Wii has some bad ass games like SMG and SSBB or if you like FPS with a real story like Metroid Prime 3.Give the Wii a chance. Its not all about FPS.ill give this game a chance. And y r u lookin at a game for Wii?And it doesnt look like a game on a 360 or PS3.

Ever since developer High Voltage premiered a trailer for The Conduit some time ago, we knew we were seeing a Wii game with great potential. We were happy Sega picked Conduit up for publishing duties because their last non-Sonic Wii games - MadWorld and House of the Dead: Overkill - have been excellent, despite not selling really well. » Read Full The Conduit preview

Has the future of Wii gaming finally arrived?

Championed by many in the press as the prettiest game on Wii, The Conduit truly is the belle of the ball. Journos paw at her silky framerate. They ogle her depth of field. Little bits of their slobber fleck her real-time shadows, particle effects, bump mapping and hi-res textures. But they don’t get to know her. » Read Full The Conduit preview
