Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Super Smash Bros. Brawl

The game of the year/decade/century/ever is almost upon us...

Build your own levels
“Won’t I be able to play this forever?” squeaks Sakurai, and he’s quite right. Up to now, the platform structures of the levels have baffled us with their geometric simplicity - now it all looks like lead-up to the chunky play pieces you’ll use here. And not only can we send levels machine-to-machine, but also to Nintendo, who’ll then select a good ‘un each day to send out to Brawl owners. It’s beyond generous.

Starting out
Select a background, stage size and the music. This will present you with a blank canvas to work on.

Get tweaking
Like the Mii channel, you can enlarge, shrink or flip parts - but we doubt it’ll make as good a Jack Black likeness.

And finally...
Stages can be saved straight on to an SD card, so there’s no danger of clogging up your Wii’s arteries.
