"Super Paper Mario was originally released for the Wii on April 9, 2007, with a MSRP of $49.99. The game was developed by an internal team at Nintendo, Intelligent Systems, and published by Nintendo.
Super Paper Mario was a continuation of the Paper Mario series that started on the Nintendo 64, and continued on the GameCube with Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
Super Paper Mario received an "Everyone" rating from the ESRB with "Comic Mischief, Mild Cartoon Violence" listed as content for gamers/parents to be aware of.

Last Sunday, August 28, Super Paper Mario joined the Nintendo Selects lineup of Wii games(like this game!), and now has a MSRP of just $19.99.

How many hours have Wii owners run around in Super Paper Mario since the game released more than 4 years ago? Let's take a look!", writes CoffeeWithGames.

Today Nintendo revealed the next four classic Wii titles to earn the "Nintendo Selects" treatment - Super Paper Mario, Mario Strikers Charged, Punch-Out!! and Super Mario Galaxy, one of this generation's best games period. As of August 28, each will be marked at $19.99 and semi-ruined with gawdy red packaging. Serious (i.e. anal retentive) collectors should hit stores ASAP to scoop up the remaining white-boxed copies marked down to $20 before the Selects versions are all that's left!

Wii Play: 6.3 million 3. Mario Party 8: 2.9 million 4. Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree: 1.8 million 5. Mario Strikers Charged: 1.3 million IGN has apparently made an error and omitted the sixth title. It's been almost 15 years since the Super Mario Brothers movie debuted, and it wasn't exactly a hit with critics or moviegoers. But now Seth Cohen, director of the acclaimed documentary King Of Kong: A Fistful Of Quarters, wants to put Super Paper Mario on the big screen. Is it time to give Mario another shot on the big screen?
