Last night we celebrated the upcoming release of EA Montreal's SSX Blur at what was likely the coldest launch party ever, located in the famed Ice Hotel in Quebec. Blur 's development team didn't seem phased by the sub-zero temperature, and enthusiastically handed us the controls to the SSX franchise's Wii debut. After taking a breather for the past couple of years, it looks like the snowboarding champ is about to make a comeback. SSX Blur will reintroduce everything you already loved about the series, but it'll do so with a substantial Wii twist. The linkable tricks, flips and grinds that constantly propel you forward will now rely on Wii Remote gestures and button presses instead of traditional controls. this game is another installment in the ea snowboarding series. its actually pretty fun! its cool to do the little loopdy loops with the wiimote to do a trick like making a heart or a Z. its better than a 9 out of 10 its a 16 out of 10
