The three console giants have failed a Greenpeace test after they were found to contain a number of toxic and potentially harmful materials.

Nintendo of America has been ordered to pay a small east Texas gaming company $21 million. Apparently the US heavyweight was infringing on a patent while designing controllers for Wii and GameCube.

WiiWare, often hailed as Nintendo's answer to Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network, offers original downloadable titles from both independent and established developers starting today in the US. Wii - Wii - Apple files Wii Remote-like patent

Mac manufacturer Apple filed a patent in November 2006 for a 3D remote control system for its Apple TV set-top box, it was revealed today.
