Namco-Bandai has officially announced that Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (Wii) will both be released in Europe sometime in the second half of 2009.
LiveWii : "Atari has just confirmed us that there is actually no plans for an European release of the RPG from Namco Bandai. At least, for 2009's first semester. A quite bad new for the ones who enjoyed the GameCube game."

The ever growing "Tales of..." series, which made an appearance on the GameCube, with Tales of Symphonia(possibly the best RPG on the system), and the Wii with the spin off, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, has now been re-confirmed by Nintendo at it's conference earlier today that the next mothership "Tales of..." game will be heading to the Wii.
Namco-Bandai Games in North America has launched a teaser page for the Tales Brigade, which seems to be somewhat of a rebirth of Tales Underground, a website that was launched to promote the series around the release of Tales of Legendia in North America.
