Wii - Okami - Inafune: Okami, Viewtiful Joe, God Hand sequels "not likely or appealing," Mega Man 10 possible Capcom's Kenji Inafune recently discussed titles developed by Clover Studios. Though Clover no longer exists, Capcom would still be able to create more titles for Viewtiful Joe, Okami, and God Hand. Inafune, however, has expressed zero interest in creating any new games for Viewtiful Joe, Okami, and God Hand, stating that "it's not very likely or appealing."

Wii - Okami - Okami not a complete failure on Wii Even though Okami is considered many to be one of the better games on the PS2, the title was considered to be a failure as far as sales go. In spite of the poor sales, Capcom decided to give the title new life on Wii. Most believed that the same situation with sales on the PS2 would happen again on the Wii, but the latest sales figures from Capcom might indicate otherwise...

Wii - Okami - Here's to you Capcom: Okami Italian translation! Recently we heard that Capcom simply didn't have the time to translate Okami into Italian.
After this unbeliavable decision and working hard for three months, a group of fans decided to translate by themselves Okami into Italian language. Now their project is finished and it's ready to be downloaded in PDF and TXT formats.

Wii - Okami - More Capcom Wii Support? Okami Selling Less Capcom Europe recently dropped a small hint of more Wii support to be announced in June.

Whilst discussing sales for Okami on Wii, Capcom's Christian Svensson has revealed that the game has sold less than the PS2 version at this stage of release.

Wii - Okami - Platinum's Kamiya Voices Concern Over Missing Okami Credits Acclaimed Okami designer Hideki Kamiya has expressed frustration with publisher Capcom's decision to omit the original development team credits from the United States version of Ready At Dawn's Okami Wii port.

When Okami players asked this question on the official Capcom.com messageboards last week, Capcom's community manager Seth Killian explained:

"The credits were removed because they were a pre-rendered movie that contained the Clover logo. We have no legal right to use the Clover logo in a game they were not involved with directly. We also didn't have the source to the credit movie itself, so we couldn't just use it and remove the Clover logo."

Wii - Okami - Okami credits cut - original director

Okami director Hideki Kamiya has expressed his feelings on not being credited on the Wii port of his game, saying he feels 'dejected.'

It was revealed earlier this month that the original end credits have been removed in the Wii version, leaving both Kamiya and his staff at the now dissolved Clover studios unnamed.

Wii - Okami - Capcom Fix Okami's Cover, And Then Some So Capcom's artists swiped (swiped back?) some IGN-watermarked art and it made it onto the game's cover. Whoops. Oh well, everyone makes mistakes, right Capcom? What's important is not the mistake, but the fact the company are going out of their way to make amends.
