So far the House of the Dead 2 & 3 Returns is basically a package of the respective Dreamcast and Xbox games with nothing new. However, Sega is adding something for Wii owners and it has something to do with motion control. House of the Dead III has Extreme mode, which includes a guard attack command. When zombies are piling on top of the screen you can shake the remote to knock them back. As of now, House of the Dead II doesn't have any new modes, but the item collecting "original" mode (umm..) returns.

Wii - The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return - The House of the Dead 2 and 3 Return Zapper bundle coming to Japan Like with Ghost Squad, its other Arcade-to-Wii light gun port, Sega has an optional Zapper pack-in planned for the Japanese release of The House of the Dead 2 and 3 Return this March. Amazon Japan already has preorders for the set available for 5,023 yen, about $44 dollars. For comparison, the software alone is priced at 4,536 yen, or $40.

Wii - The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return - House of the Dead 2 and 3 for Wii a huge bargain at $30 EB Games has the game listed online for $30 , which is the same price as the already released Ghost Squad game. This one seems to be a better deal though, seeing that its 2 games in one. Its a huge plus seeing that this game is just going to be a direct port from the arcade versions.

Wii - The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return - SEGA Confirms House of the Dead II & III Return For Wii, First Screens SEGA has announced that light-gun classics House of the Dead II & III are heading to the Wii in the form of a bundle package. The game features multiple branching storylines with over six gameplay modes including Arcade Mode and Time Attack.

Players will be able to utilize the Wii Zapper to shoot down hordes of undead creatures, or alternatively, use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk.

House of the Dead II & III Return is slated for a Spring 2008 release.

Wii - The House of the Dead: Overkill - Rockstar VS Media Molecule In DIEA Nominations for Develop Industry Excellence Awards are unveiled, and two developers are likely to walk away with most of them.

Rockstar and Media Molecule will be contesting for the most category nominations. Rockstar snags six of them with GTA: Chinatown Wars and GTA IV: The Lost and the Damned from Rockstar while Media Molecule's LittleBigPlanet alone is nominated for another five.
