Nintendo has revealed that Animal Crossing: City Folk will be renamed Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City when it launches across Europe this December.
Animal Crossing City Folk will be launching with a new name when it hits Aussie stores later this year. Word has leaked from the ongoing GameStop manager's conference in Las Vegas that the Animal Crossing: City Folk and Wii Speak bundle will run you a pricey $70 -- news which cued one anonymous 1UP editor to exclaim, "$70!? For that price it had better come with a white van for abducting kids you meet in your magical little animal town."

Kombo Reports: "At the extra exciting Nintendo Conference (part deux), Yeguchi, a developer from Animal Crossing: City Folk, took some time out to talk about the upcoming title. Tons of tidbits were revealed.
Gamikaze.pl: Logitech announced Logitech Cordless Keyboard for Wii, a Nintendo licenced product. It should facilitate using the Wii Internet Channel as well as will be used by games with chat function, such as the recently unveiled Animal Crossing: City Folk.
After the break. The game was announced in the Nintendo press conference at E3 tonight. It's Animal Crossing. On Wii. You can get your hair cut, and everything.
