Metroid Reorchestrated was a fan-run music site similar to Zelda Reorchestrated that was forced to close its figurative doors due to several unforeseen difficulties. Now that same site has been revived, much like how Ridley appears again and again after seemingly being killed by Samus, and is here to stay (unlike Ridley). With a new track, Crateria Surface from Super Metroid, the promise of monthly updates, and the revealing of a mysterious project known only as Project Keweenaw, Metroid Reorchestrated is off to a great post-revival start.
Site The Rumor Miller is reporting to have a leaked version of the script for the Metroid Movie starring Jessica Simpson which Go Fanboy reported was in the works earlier this month. The site has posted the firs two pages of the script.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption may not be the last game in the Prime series. With Other M on the way next year, some might have thought that the Prime series had come to an end but, as Nintendo's Kensuke Tanabe told ONM, the series may still have a future. Asked whether Samus will ever return to DS, Tanabe (who oversaw Retro Studios' series for Nintendo) said We are always planning to make new games in the Metroid Prime series. Depending on the timing and the situation, we cannot deny the possibility of realising it on DS or DSi.

As all I take part in is the 'Prime' series, I am not capable of commenting on the whole 'Metroid' series, Retro Studios producer Kensuke Tanabe told Kotaku. But we will keep considering multiplayer for the 'Prime' series. For instance, I think I can come up with some unique ideas using the Morph Ball, which is a specific skill of Samus'.
