Wii News | Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
Publisher Activision is giving gamers and comic fans a chance to be part of its forthcoming superhero action-RPG Marvel: Ultimate Alliance as the voice of one of the in-game characters. Previously Activision held online auditions for fans to become the voice of weedy Hulk alter-ego Bruce Banner. The response was so overwhelming that it's decided to extend the competition to allow fans to try out for the voice of the Sub-Mariner Namor. We reckon you should go for fishy and ... » Read More

The spiritual successor to X-Men Legends, Marvel Ultimate Alliance will be bolstering PS3 and Wii's launch day line-up this autumn, and we've had a chance to see what it's like on the go. But despite being touted as a next-gen title, this action RPG looks like being little more than a prettied-up version of what X-Men Legends has already brought to current-gen systems. Ultimate Alliance has the looks - we were able to see a PS3 version running, and it's as crisp as a dewy spring morning. But ... » Read More

Wii News | Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
Does the phrase "United we stand, divided we fall" mean anything to you? It does if you're a fan of action RPGs or video games based on comic book characters. When individual heroes can't sustain their own titles, why not take the X-Men Legends idea and cram it full of every major character a license can buy? Marvel: Ultimate Alliance promises to do just that. You'll be able to control more than 20 Marvel heroes in an overhead bash-em-up fashion. Just like the Legends games, each hero can be ... » Read More
