Mario Kart Wii

Preparing to launch a blue shell from 10,000 miles away

Six GameCube tracks we want

Daisy cruiser
Stacked on multiple levels of the world's least welcoming cruise ship, this is the one with the sliding tables and chairs, and one huge shortcut.

Mario Circuit
There's usually more than one of these in every Mario Kart, and they often mark the hardcore time trial tracks of choice, with limited shortcuttery.

Mushroom Bridge
Oncoming traffic, a hidden tunnel and a bridge to drive across. This one is like a better version of the evil Toad Highway from the N64 version.

Sherbet Land
Potential for cutting a couple of corners here, but some parts of the track are narrow enough to make us fear for motion-controlled mishaps.

Waluigi Stadium
Remember the big jumps with the leaping fireballs? This was the first course we ever saw in the GC version, and it set an impressive visual standard.

Yoshi Circuit
Ever so slightly different in its GC incarnation and DS version, with different strategy required to hit the two main shortcuts. A third outing is inevitable.
