To celebrate the launch of Mario Super Sluggers, Charles Martinet, the voice actor for Mario, Luigi, Wario, and more will be in attendance at the Nintendo World Store in Manhattan on August 24th, signing autographs and giving out a mysterious special gift from Nintendo to those who purchase the new Mario sports title.
"Mario and Sonic has made gaming history with over a million software units sold on the Nintendo Wii within the UK alone," SEGA Europe North MD Alan Pritchard told MCV. The Simpsons Game for PlayStation 2 has finally managed to take out the top spot in the Australian game charts -- seven weeks after its initial release -- according to data trackers GfK Australia. The DS version of the game also made it into the top 10, taking out the seventh spot.
Nintendo's DS Brain Training games have topped the charts in both Spain and Germany.
