Wii - LEGO Batman: The Videogame - Traveller's Tales Would Love To Make LEGO Batman Sequel An excerpt from the latest issue of NGamer, an interview with Traveller's Tales' Arthur Parsons:

"NGamer: Do you see the wider DC universe making it into Lego form? The Justice League could be good.

Arthur Parsons: Whether any more of the DC universe makes the transition into Lego depends largely on the success of Lego Batman, and on whether Traveller's Tales, Warner Bros. and Lego want to make any other characters into Lego games. I'd love to make a sequel to Lego Batman because it was immense fun to work on."

Wii News from N4G | LEGO Batman: The Videogame
Wii - LEGO Batman: The Videogame - Man-Bat to Appear in Lego Batman The villain ranks for the Lego Batman game due out later this year continues to swell. Last month 1UP reported on the inclusion of Bane, Clayface, and Nightwing. This month 1UP only has one, but it's a wild one, literally. Man-Bat will be bringing his genetically mashed up bat powers to the bad guys side. Like many villains, Man-Bat is the product of good intentions gone wrong. Dr. Kirk Langstrom in an attempt to cure his deafness creates a serum using bat DNA. While it successfully granted him bat-like sonar, it also turned him into a man-sized bat. He gained wings, allowing him to fly, and superhuman strength, but like a bat lost much of his ability to see in daylight.

Wii News | LEGO Batman: The Videogame
If LEGO games had voiceovers, we'd be too afraid of hearing Schwarzenegger's brutally awful dialogue to actually play LEGO Batman after seeing these new screens. And if it were any other game, we'd be complaining about the lack of real-time lighting and bump-mapped textures, but the LEGO games are so charming that it doesn't matter.LEGO Indiana Jones is the game everyone's talking about at the moment because ... » Read More

Wii News from N4G | LEGO Batman: The Videogame
Wii - LEGO Batman: The Videogame - Pandemic Are Indeed Doing A New Batman Game Around a year ago, there was speculation that Pandemic were working on the tie-in game for the upcoming Batman movie. Said speculation was right on the money, as courtesy of IGN (who have since pulled the story, but like an elephant Kotaku rarely forgets), Kotaku have confirmation of the game's development. Sort of. See, Kotaku know Pandemic are developing, and know EA will - being Pandemic's new owners - be publishing the game, and...that's it. No platforms, no name, no bullet points about innovative stealth sections and an open-world Gotham City, nothing. IGN's story was most likely removed in exchange for a more "official" announcement, though, so more specific information can''t be too far off.

Nov 13, 2007 Details on the storyline for the LEGO Batman game along with info on playable characters has materialised in the wake of the first teaser trailer hitting the 'net. Nov 12, 2007 The first official teaser trailer has appeared online for LEGO Batman. The second LEGO tie-in from the studio (and with LEGO Indiana Jones on the way) carries the same old PR tag-line, with TT hoping to take both franchises "and make something unique." Well Star Wars wasn't all that original, but it was certainly bloody good fun (and you can get the missus to play it as well). So far we know pretty much bugger all about Batman, but we reckon it's safe to assume Robin, The Joker ... » Read More
