Quantcast

Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix

Grown-up Potter gets more grown-up duties

What carries the game through these weaker moments, however, is its charm and spirited embodiment of the movie. Cleaning isn't as bad when you've got Ron and Hermoine by your side. Running back and forth isn't as annoying when the environments are so full of life.

And spell casting finally works, especially with the Wii's controls. Nobody feels like a wizard pushing buttons. Waving a remote, which already resembles a wand in shape and form, proves a much more immersive and entertaining method. Order of the Phoenix may not have the same number of action-packed sequences as its predecessors, but through a little bit of Nintendo innovation, it does capture a lot more magic.
