Wii - Wii - Nightmares of a Game Store Clerk Last week, we introduced you to eight current or former game store clerks in a feature titled, appropriately enough, Confessions of a Game Store Clerk. Whom should a gamer fear? Aliens? We clip 'em with a headshot from 200 yards. Mushrooms? We'll stomp 'em flat. Guys with fast cars? Magical summoned demons? Zombie Nazis driving dinosaur mechs? Please. But in the real world, it's another story. People here can mess us up. He's an absolute nutjob, but anti-gaming crusader and "Seriously? This guy hasn't been disbarred yet?" lawyer Jack Thompson would like nothing better than to see every game, publisher, developer, and even player cast into a ...

While it was still primarily concerned with conserving ammo, Capcom realized that shooting is, and always will be, more fun than fleeing. To tenuously coincide with this weekend's religious celebrations we've covered the self-proclaimed gaming saviors that were crucified by the critics and now we celebrate the resurrections - the games long thought dead and buried that were given a new lease life... Game graphics can be bad. But how many times have they been so bad you've looked for an option to turn them off? Never. That would be stupid. But sound, on the other hand, often has an 'off' option. It's like the developers have realized there's the teeniest, tiniest possibility their soundtrack may start to grate after extended play. Take this as a warning. You know the story - you're stuck in one area of a game, at first excited by the challenge of a puzzle or a jump you can't quite make. ...
