20 more Nintendo happenings to get you through your day

1) DS Lite mod
Ramon Stokes, creator of the wondrous Zelda Wii, brings us a Zelda DS Lite now. Onyx black and Zelda gold, mounted die cast shield (rotatable for Brain Training/Hotel Dusk fans) and illuminated by dazzling LED power when placed in the custom-made charging dock. It sold for $800 on eBay, and it was worth every cent.

2) Man’s worst enemy
Real mutt or puppet pooch? No idea, but this dog challenging some dope to a round of Wii Sports Tennis is classic stuff. The SPCA would go crazy if they saw the remote duct-taped to his paw, but poochy more than holds his own - so it’s not so bad, really. Er,right?

3) Go stick it
Why try and perform D-pad acrobatics only a bionic thumb knuckle is capable of when this nifty detachable analog stick is available? It’ll make Mortal Kombat beatings that much easier and it’ll only set you back $6.

4) Top flops
Given away at Canadian festival Ottawa SuperEx and now boastfully paraded on the net are these fetching NES controller flip flops. Why anyone would print a design where stinking feet are destined to go is anyone’s guess.

5) Take stock of your life
Here at GamesRadar not a minute goes by without some random sister magazine staff member turning up on our doorstep asking whether or not Wiis are in stock yet. Previously we shrugged/threw fruit at them; now we direct them to this handy real time stock checker.
