Master Chief | Halo



During the massive fuss pile-up that was the Halo 3 beta, a couple of diligent fellows manipulated their Spartan in such a fashion that the in-game camera popped underneath the helmet, revealing to the World the face of Master Chief. And he was an ugly bastard. Like a more interesting version of the Shroud of Turin, the patched together image shows a face. A war-eared, dog-torn face with mercurial eye pools and an alcoholic bulbous hooter. A face with a story. Maybe this story. Or maybe this one. Depending on where you're coming from.
