The Top 7... Gamers' New Year's resolutions

Your guide to a happy, healthy new year of gaming

Words: Tyler Wilde, GamesRadar US

4. Actually play GTA IV’s missions

We know what you’re going to do. You’re going to play three missions, get bored, enter all of the cheats and see how many prostitutes you can stack into a pile before an overenthusiastic ambulance driver plows through them. We know vehicular bowling is fun, but it’s not the whole GTA experience.

Avoid the temptation to blow off the entire story. Sure, you might have to suffer through a few unfortunate accents, but you’ll be glad you stuck it out, and when you’re done you can go straight back to crashing dump trucks into each other and making explodey noises.

Above: Haven’t you always wanted to be an immigrant gangster in New York?

Below: The latest trailer. We assume the actual game isn’t just a string of cutscenes

Bwahaha. Just leafing through these, came to page 5.

I don't have the game, but I *do* have Okami. And I never finished it. I got pretty far, but other things popped up and I played them and I was going to play but then I didn't and then I said to myself "you're not going to play this for like another two years despite your best intentions, are you?" and then that happened and I completed a run-on sentence.

But yeah, I saw that and I was like, "yeah...Okami..." same thing with Metroid Prime 2. Oh well.

And then at the end of it, the article tells me to play Okami ;_;
