Useful Attacks: Teleport

Abra contains so much psychic potential that it has to sleep away most of its childhood. See, its evolutions are so overcome with power that the only move its first state learns innately is Teleport, which is pretty lame. After level 16 though, you'll notice a marked improvement. Also, TM and HM players can tweak Abra as needed.
