Argue all you want, but Charizard is hands-down one of the coolest Pokemon out there. How can you go wrong with this character design? He's a dragon, through and through, with a gigantic wingspan and fiery breath to boot. His Fire/Flying mix might not be the most useful when compared to other starters, but it's sure cooler than the overgrown rodent that is Typhlosion. Charizard's Diamond and Pearl sprite could stand to lose a few pounds, though.
