You know, it's been almost a year since we started Pokemusings. We gave away a Manaphy in issue #1 and it's high time we gave another one away. This time, however, Manaphy will be holding a Damp Rock. To make the deal even sweeter, this Manaphy will already know Surf and Ice Beam. It'll be up to you to train it into a Rain Dancing champion.
