Why Is Chuck Ignoring The Greatest Sci-Fi Icon Ever?

Yesterday it was announced that yet another sci-fi and fantasy icon was going to guest star in Chuck – Robert (Freddy Kreuger) Englund. But when are they going to offer to offer a role to (possibly) the greatest sci-fi icon ever?

So Robert Englund is going to be appearing in Chuck . He’s the latest in a long list of sci-fi and fantasy icons to grace the funtastic spy show, which next season along includes Linda (Terminator) Hamilton, Dolph Lundgren, Harry Dean Stanton, Lou Ferrigno, Eric Roberts and Timothy Dalton on its roster. Previously the show has boasted such genre stars as Bruce Boxleitner, Scott Bakula, Christopher Lloyd, Tony Todd, Brandon Routh, Kristen Kreuk, and Chevy Chase.

But where – WHERE, we demand – is the greatest telefantasy talent of all time?

Where is the man who was brought humour, dignity, style, pathos, woolly hats and paintballing to Doctor Who ?

Where is the actor who made Wilfred Mott a science fiction legend?

Where is Bernard Cribbins?

We are now officially starting the campaign to get Bernard Cribbins on Chuck. Okay, Sir Cribbins may not want to be on Chuck , but he deserves the honour of being asked at least!

So sign up below in the comments section for our BERNARD CRIBBINS MUST APPEAR IN CHUCK campaign! (Even if it is only in a still image in flash montage sequence…that’ll do us!)

(Hey, and if anybody wants to set up a Facebook page, be our guest.)
