i never played LoL seriously, but i can swear that my best class in Dota2 is Support class
  • slysilver - September 9, 2014 10:04 p.m.

Okay I hate being this person... but when I played league I always played support... And Shyvana (the dragon girl pictured) is not a support character. She's a top laner. Someone has to support. The other option is dual ADC and that's just a disaster... x.x

    Voldo is pretty popular, no?

Er, I'm no supreme expert here guys, but having checked my suspicions out with a bit of google and wiki searching... yeah. It was the DELTA that Didier Auriol made famous (and his own name in), alongside the equally legendary Juha Kankkunen (who swapped between Lancia and Toyota, even) and Carlos Sainz. Lancia had the rally game on lock until Toyota finally started to get their act together just before Sega started programming the arcade game... In fact, the Delta was originally a Group B (open-formula) car, thus far scarier and more hardcore than any modern machine, and had to be detuned a little to fit into the same Group A formula rules as the Celica et al were uprated to meet - kind of why the gradual tune-ups the base model received (8v to 16v, regular to Evo and Evo II) didn't do anything to increase the peak power output (which was already on the permitted limit) but raised midrange torque, lightened the body and made it corner and brake ever harder. It totally belongs there, and although I like the look and colour scheme of the Toyota, I quite like the Lancia's more reserved, everyday shape (closer to how a real rally car should be, rather than a ruggedised sports car) and the red/white/blue Martini livery - and in fact, though it wasn't exactly cutting edge when the game came out, the styling was still fairly contemporary for the early 90s (compare how most everyday cars looked in 1991/92... even boxier then than in the 80s, in fact) and was considered rather chic and stylish when it launched in the 80s. I played them in equal measure, back when I played Sega Rally... please don't bring your own personal bias into an article like this and assume that "something you never did" = "something no-one ever did".

I competed in a Sega Rally worldwide competition many moons ago and placed 3rd in the UK. What car did I use? The Delta. As did every other entrant, because the Delta was the better car. I could not agree more with your sentiment regarding the idiocy of someone saying "Because I didn't means no-one did". Very poor journalism skills here.

Liu Kang wasn't that bad at all (except his lousy fatality). First of all he was required to unlock a fight with Reptile. He was also one of 3 characters in MK1 (as far as I remember. It was a few years ago ;) that could perform a combo.

You're wrong. You've never played the game, so it's not your fault. But supports are very popular choices. You wouldn't understand unless you played it.

I created this account just to say: In the hands of an someone who knows what they're doing, Voldo is easily the most terrifying opponent in any Soul Edge/Calibur game in the series. He is completely unpredictable and can attack at any angle from any position, anywhere on the board at any time. He strikes hard and fast and he can instantly escape from basically any attack. He's certainly the hardest to learn, but if you know how to use him he's by far the deadliest in all the games.

Do you really know what you're talking about when they criticized the Sega Rally's Lancia Delta HF ? only an idiot who has never seen a rally does not know the glorious Delta Integrale (Tema Martini, as you can see by the livrery). The Delta has won (in various version) : 6 World Rally Constructor's Championship, 3 World Rally Championship, 5 European Rally Championship, 2 European Production Rally Champiionship (Gr.N) , 6 Italian Rally Championship, 6 Italian Dirt rally Championship, 6 Franch Dirt Rally Championship, 5 Greek Rally Championship, 5 Ungharian Rally Championship, 4 Austrian Rally Championship, 3 Spanish Dirt Rally Championship ; 2 Spanish Asphalt Rally Championship , 1 Finnish Rally Championship, 1 German Rally Championship , 1 LEbanese Rally Championship ,1 Middle East Rally Championship , 1 Dutch Rally Championship, 1 Czech Rally Championship, 1 Mitropa Rally Cup... Lancia Delta is something almost legendary , driven by ilots like Biasion, Alèn, Kankkunen, Auriol...

Fuck you, Voldo is the best character ever.
  • Mikey_BT - August 27, 2014 5:35 a.m.

Mokujin from the Tekken series - why on earth would anyone choose to be a wooden puppet that changes character every round?
  • norunyana - August 21, 2014 12:40 a.m.

I always hated Voldo, but creating a girly character in SC3 with Voldo's soul was the best thing ever.
  • retepadam - August 17, 2014 2:02 p.m.

The first time I ever played any of the Soul Calibur games, it was with some friends and someone would always pick Voldo. Then we would all proceed to laugh our collective asses off watching him do some crazy backwards crab walk shit and completely fuck up the other person because they were laughing too hard to fight back. So, yes. Sometimes Voldo *does* get picked...
  • kurt-beedie - August 17, 2014 2:33 p.m.

Voldo Is my main character in the game. I is by far one of the most unpredictable characters which makes him hard to defend if that player is good with him.
  • SpazistIdealist - August 14, 2014 7:56 p.m.

Jigglypuff in Super Smash Bros(all of them). Nobody likes Jigglypuff. She can make made good by any special breed of gamer who actually thinks "hey, it wouldn't be lame of me at all to play as Jigglypuff." But, barely anybody ever thinks that, and if they do, the odds are stacked against them, because she is and has always been widely considered to be the weakest character in the entire game. They don't even buff her up to make her equal. It's like even to the developers Jigglypuff is a joke. She was the worst character in the original Super Smash Bros, she's been the worst character in the all the games since, and I'm going to take a gamble and bet that she's going to be the worst character in the next one for the Wii U. Nobody ever picks Jigglypuff.
