Bluster aside, there is no way that holding a Wii remote like a dart is “realistic.” That’s just bad ergonomics. An actual dartboard takes up less space than your TV and Wii, plus it is more fun to play. Even more worrisome: there’s a year in the title, which can only mean that annual installments are planned. Gaaaaaaah!

You know what would appeal to everybody? Everything! Free Realms is Sony’s unweildy amalgamation of fantasy MMO, card battler and casual games portal. We think the opening shot of the trailer, where we’re treated to a face full of flying squirrel ass, sums up the whole thing rather nicely. They should have just stopped there.
