"Khaaaan" this be the greatest action figure ever?

Toy manufacturers Diamond Select recently announced that their range of Star Trek figures would soon be in Toys R Us stores (sadly, we suspect, only Stateside), and it turns out there are a few figures that will be exclusive to the chain. The first of the exclusives has just been unveiled... and it's an action figure version of Admiral Kirk, right in the middle of his infamous "KHAAAAAAAAAAN!" moment. Oh yes!

But what does the figure actually look like? Has it captured the scene to its fullest potential? We'll let you be the judge of that (just compare it to the pic above):
