Tim & Eric's Billion Dollar Movie review

Small-screeners make it big… sort of

Two aspiring filmmakers (cult TV mainstays Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim) are given a billion dollars to make a movie. They only produce three minutes of the film, and spend the rest on a suit made of diamonds.

To avoid jail and pay back their debt, they take over management of a derelict mall. Seriously, that's the plot.

Littered with all-star cameos (Jeff Goldblum, Zach Galifianakis, Will Ferrell) and packed with enough gross-out gags and bizarro humour to keep audiences either scratching their heads or vomiting in the aisles, the Billion Dollar Movie is exactly what you'd expect from these anarchist-comics: jaw-dropping, lunch-losing, utter nonsense. Very weird fun.
