TUESDAY 16 NOVEMBER

  • SEASON FINALE! The fourth series of The Sarah Jane Adventures comes to a close on CBBC at 5.15pm.
  • Loads of telly tonight, with Sanctuary on Watch at 9pm, Stargate Universe and Fringe on Sky1 (at 9pm and 10pm, respectively) and The Vampire Diaries on ITV2 at 9pm.

WEDNESDAY 17 NOVEMBER

  • Get in touch with the other side – Ghost Whisperer ’s on Living at 9pm.

THURSDAY 18 NOVEMBER

  • Thursday night is sci-fi night, with Misfits on E4 at 10pm, Chuck on Living at 10pm, Warehouse 13 and Haven on Syfy at 9pm and 10pm, and True Blood on Channel 4 at 10pm. Rejoice!
  • New books include Graham Joyce’s The Silent Land and BBC VFX: The History Of The BBC Visual Effects Department , while audio is represented by Doctor Who: The Essential Companion .
  • The Thought Bubble Sequential Art Festival comes to Leeds for four days.

FRIDAY 19 NOVEMBER

  • It's the beginning of the end for Hogwarts, with Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 – it's in cinemas today.
  • The Event is back on Channel 4 at 9pm, Medium 's on Living at 9pm and The Walking Dead is on FX at 10pm.
  • Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood hits consoles.

SATURDAY 20 NOVEMBER

  • Merlin attempts to wrestle the teen magic crown back from Potter as his adventures continue on BBC One at 7.45. Star Wars: The Clone Wars is on Sky Movies Premiere at 5.30pm.
  • Head to Birmingham for a weekend of Memorabilia .
  • Iain Banks and Iain M Banks appear at the Lennoxlove Book Festival .
