Correct pronunciation: "Pokay mon"
Incorrect pronunciation: "Pookimun" "Pokemans" "Pokeyman" "Pokuhmoon"

Could this be the most mispronounced word ever uttered by mankind? If not, it's easily the word most mispronounced by clueless dads and soccer moms as they wander helplessly through the aisles of their neighborhood toy mart. We wouldn't be surprised if game store clerks constructed Pikachu voodoo dolls during their breaks.

Worse yet, the parents aren't alone. Nowadays, thanks to the too-cool-to-care humor of the internet, you're more likely to see people using "Pokemans" than Pokémon. In an irritating twist, the people that actually know how to say the title correctly are purposefully saying it incorrectly.

Has mispronunciation actually become hip? Oh, Faxanadu, you were ahead of your time.

... possibly naruto? because im sick of the idiots i have to live with (my "family") calling it na-roo-tow, instead of na-ruh-to. Its also annoying when people mispronounce the japanese r/l/thing, i know some people cant say it, but some deliberately dont even try to say it properly.

Personally, I pronounce Deus Ex as, "Day-Yus-Ex," but, "Day Of Sex," ftw. Oh JC Denton, you were so inadvertently perverted...

I can help with one of them: PoPoLaCrois... if it's what I believe, then it's French and this pronounced - Poh-Poh-Lah-Kwah. In French the "oi" is pronounced with a "wah" sound. Like Croisant is pronounced "Kwah-san" (silent "t") Or... to take it into Disney land... the Little mermaid song "Les Poissons": Leh Pwah-son. So... yeah. Also I believe the Deus Ex is latin and should be pronounced: "Day-ous ex" not "Day-s ex"
