After going down the stairs at the beginning of the chapter, look to the left and check on top of the cupboards.
At this point you should unlock the Well-read trophy.

Down the next set of stairs, after you open the door and contact Tesla, look on top of a crate to the side.

After the first big gunfight in the catacombs, turn left in the next tunnel and head to the end to find the crate.
At this point you should unlock the Archivist trophy.
Time is Running Out

After more gunfights, when you reach the area with a prompt to break down a wooden plank barricade, head down the tunnel to the right first and look on top of a crate.
At this point you should unlock the Detail Orientated and Inspector First Class trophies. Congratulations - you've found every collectible!
