The Hi-Hats
Soho is the home turf of the Hi-Hats, a troupe of drama-school dropouts rocking the Marcel Marceau look. Known for painted faces, top hats and unfortunate suspenders, these evil mimes are led by Chatterbox, a stuttering, overweight, pseudointellectual art lover who shares his soldiers' penchant for facepaint. He doesn't share their penchant for silence, though, which makes trashing his egocentric art collection all the more rewarding.

The Hi-Hats are almost as intense about their whole psycho theme as the Furies, but not quite. For all their creepy trappings, drama nerds will never be as crazy as sports fans.
