Do you like your Pokemon wholly based on real-world creatures? If so, Seel is your main squeeze. There's not a lot of flourish in the design, unless you count the tiny horn and doglike face. Its Thick Fat ability reduces damage from Ice and Fire attacks, though its Water type already helps in that regard.
